Is there a date that limits existing systems, or can any system that has ever been installed compete in the existing system tiers?
Any system with a Delaware solar registration number that has an interconnection date before April 2nd, 2012 can compete as an existing system. Systems with interconnection dates of April 2nd, 2012 and later will compete as new systems.
Is the receipt of grant money taken into account when determining award prices or winners?
No. Any grants or other assistance a system has received in the past is not considered in this solicitation. Winners in all tiers will be awarded solely based on price, and each winning system will receive the price they bid.
