The Delaware Procurement will be run in accordance to DE PSC order 11-399. Ample time will be provided between the official opening of the solicitation and the due date for all applications to the solicitation, and we will ensure that information about the procurement is widely disseminated as soon as it is available. The solicitation is designed so that there is no advantage to submitting applications in early, so there is no need to complete any applications now. In fact, the applications found in the PSC order may be modified prior to the actual solicitation and will likely need to be completed online, so we recommend against completing the paperwork now.
