An instructional webinar will be held on Thursday, August 7th, 2014 at 1:30 PM. This webinar will explain how to enter a meter reading, the difference between the two types of meter readings, and how to enter bank information. This Webinar will also be posted on our website for customers to view at a later time.
The 2014 Delaware SREC Procurement Solicitation results have been announced. All winning systems have been notified by email and on their SRECDelaware.com dashboard. Transfer Agreements for all winning systems must be completed by July 1st and can be downloaded by logging into your SRECDelaware account. Detailed instructions for completing the Transfer Agreement can be found here.
A second Delaware SREC Procurement webinar will be held on Thursday, May 8th at 12:30 EST. Participants can register here. This webinar will cover the same material as the first webinar held on May 1st, and is designed for those who may have missed the first webinar or who have additional questions after starting the application process.

The Delaware Public Service Commission has approved Delmarva Power’s 2014 SREC solicitation filing. The 2014 solicitation will be held according to the following schedule:
The Delaware Renewable Energy Taskforce has completed its work on the 2014 Delaware SREC solicitation design. The Taskforce’s work is now in the regulatory stage which requires a Public Service Commission (PSC) filing by Delmarva Power and Light and subsequent approval by the PSC. The 2014 solicitation is planned for the Spring of 2014, however exact timing and details are dependent on the filing and approval process. Information on the 2014 solicitation will published on the SRECDelaware website as soon as it becomes available.

Is the Delaware labor/equipment adder applicable in the last 13 years of the contract?
Yes. Systems will receive credit for both Delaware labor and equipment for SRECs generated in years 13-20.
The summary results for the 2013 SRECDelaware Program will be announced on Wednesday, 5/1/2013. The SRECDelaware Administrator is awaiting “bid” revisions for projects that are tied for a position in the Program. Emails were sent to applicants involved in a bid tie or “partial fill” scenario on Tuesday,4/23/2013. All applicants involved in a bid tie or “partial fill” scenario must respond to the SRECDelaware Administrator by Tuesday, 4/30/2013, per the rules outlined in Section 7.2 of the of the 2013 SRECDelaware Program filing with the Delaware Public Service Commission.
The 2013 SREC solicitation will announce preliminary results for certain winners. Initial winning bids in Tiers N1, N2, and E1 will be notified by email and on the SRECDelaware.com dashboard by the end of Friday, 4/26/2013. Losing applications will not be announced until next week. The remaining results are pending the process described in Section 7.1 of the solicitation rules. , which state:
The 2013 SRECDelaware application window closed, today, 4/12/2013 at 5 pm ET. Applications will no longer be accepted for the 2013 solicitation. The Delaware Sustainable Energy Utility will review applications and process the applications on Friday, 4/19/2013. The solicitation results will be announced shortly thereafter, likely Monday, 4/22/2013.
I don’t have a revenue grade meter and don’t want to purchase one until I find out if I’ve won. Can I check “Revenue Grade Meter” on my application with the understanding that I’ll install a revenue grade meter once I find out that I’ve won?
Yes. Systems simply need to have a revenue grade meter installed once they’ve won a contract. They do not need to be installed to bid.
I have a system that used Delaware labor and/or equipment but was registered before August, 2010 when the law passed granting the DE labor/equipment bonus. Can I bid my system as DE labor/equipment in the solicitation?
Program summary and details for the 2013 Delaware SREC Procurement have been posted on the SRECDelaware website. A webinar will be held on March 21st which will cover the solictation process and offer an opportunity to ask questions about the Procurement process. Applications will be accepted starting March 25th and running through April 12th. All tiers will be bid based on price, so applications can be accepted at any time during the open period without impacting a bid’s chance of winning.
