Congratulations! You have been accepted into SRECDelaware’s 2014 Solicitation!

We are excited to begin working with you! In order to get started, we will need you to do the following:

1. All Participants in the 2014 Program need to sign and return the Transfer Agreement. This is a binding agreement in which you agree to sell your designated amount of SRECs to the Delaware Sustainable Energy Utility for the contract period of 20 years. For the first 7 years, the price will be your bid price. The price for the remaining 13 years will be $35.

In order to sign the transfer agreement, first log into your SRECDelaware Account. Once logged in, make sure you are on the “My Applications” tab. Here, you will see a screen which displays your winning bid information. Click “Continue.”

The next page will detail all of the information you submitted in the application process. You cannot edit this page, just simply review all of the information and verify it is correct.

For Existing Systems:

At the bottom of the page, you will be prompted to download and sign a Schedule A form. This document allows SRECDelaware to manage the creation and sale of your SRECs. To fill out this form, click “Download Schedule A Form.” Once you have downloaded the form, you need to print it out, fill it out, and sign it. Then, you can upload it back onto this page by clicking “Choose File” and uploading the completed Schedule A into the box provided. Once you have uploaded the Schedule A, click “Accept and Confirm.”

For New Systems:

You will not yet be prompted to complete a Schedule A form because you do not have a Delaware Certification Number yet. This will only be obtained after interconnection. Once you have checked all of information, click “Accept and Confirm” at the very bottom of the page.

For Existing Systems already operational:

Note: Before you can complete this step we will need to verify your Transfer Agreement and Schedule A form. Please give us up to a week to complete this process.

1. Once you have submitted your Transfer Agreement and Schedule A, you will need to enter your system’s information for our records. Log into your SRECDelaware account and click on the “Contracts” tab. Once you are on the Contracts page , click on the “Update Details” button.

On this page, you will need to enter your system information. Your interconnecting utility is the utility to which you pay your electric bill. You may select it from the drop-down menu. Your date of acceptance of completed System Interconnection is the date on which your system was approved by your utility. Your DE State Certification Number is the number you received from the Delaware Public Service Commission when you registered your system. This number will have a form similar to: DE-######-SUN-##-PW. If you do not have a Delaware State Certification Number you will need to obtain one from the DE Public Service Commission. See details on how to do this in the next section below.

Once those are entered, you can scroll to the bottom of the page. Here, you can enter your GATS Unit ID if applicable. You will have a GATS Unit ID if your system is already registered in GATS. It will have the form: NON#####. If you do not have a GATS Unit ID, SRECDelaware will register you with GATS once you have submitted the Schedule A form. You may leave this field blank. If you do not know whether or not you have a GATS Unit ID, please leave this field blank and SRECDelaware will check and enter it for you.

Since you should have already submitted a Schedule A with your Transfer Agreement form, this page should reflect that. Please verify that this page reads “View your signed Schedule A.”

Once you have verified that your signed Schedule A has been uploaded and you have entered all the necessary information, click “Save.” This will notify SRECDelaware that you have completed your registration process.

For New Systems which are not yet operational:

1. If you are a new system, we will need you to register your system with the Delaware Public Service Commission. This certifies your systems eligibility to participate in the program as a viable renewable resource.  By doing so, you will receive a Delaware Certification Number. To register with the Delaware Public Service Commission, fill out the form found here: Delaware System Certification Form. Once completed, you can submit this form to:

Delaware Public Service Commission
861 Silver Lake Boulevard
Cannon Building, Suite 100
Dover, DE 19904
2. Once you have submitted the form to the Delaware PSC and they approve your system, you will be given a Delaware State Certification Number. You can then need to enter your system information and fill out a Schedule A form.
To do this, log into your SRECDelaware Account and click on the “Contracts” tab. Once you are on this page, click on the “Update Details” button next to your account.
